Pine Creek Outfitters

Bicycling

There is a wide variety of bicycling opportunities in the Grand Canyon region.  The Pine Creek Rail Trail follows the canyon at river level along a resurfaced railroad bed.  The surrounding Tioga State Forest offers gravel forestry roads and some off-road logging roads and jeep trails for the mountain biker.

Pine Creek Outfitters is located 11 miles west of Wellsboro on US Route 6 along Pine Creek at the entrance to the canyon.   Our base has on-site launching of boats and is conveniently located for nearby access to the Rail Trail and hiking trails.  We are 1/2 mile west of the Ansonia bridge .  Look for our red canoes and rough-cut building.

Pine Creek Outfitters offers

  -  Shuttles along the Pine Creek Trail

  -  18 & 21-speed Trek bikes (Hybrids and Mountain)

  -  6 & 7 speed Retroglide Raleigh Cruisers
