Pine Creek Outfitters is located 11 miles west of Wellsboro on US Route 6 along Pine Creek at the entrance to the PA Grand Canyon, 1 mile from the Rail Trail and the north end of the WRT. Our base has on-site launching of boats and is conveniently located for nearby access to hiking trails. We sell hiking maps and trail-guides and our staff is very knowledgeable about the area. We are 3/4 mile west of the Ansonia bridge . Look for our red canoes and rough-cut building. |

We rent commercial grade 6-person neoprene rafts, Old Town Discovery 169 canoes and 2 & 3mm farmer john wetsuits, paddling jackets and wetsuit socks. We also have a limited number of Old Town Vapor & Voyager kayaks (1-person, large cockpit). All boat rentals come with Extrasport PFD’s, Mohawk paddles and our own waterproof river maps of Pine Creek. |

Main Season: March to late-May, only on rare occasions in the summer & fall. Pine Creek is a free-flowing river that runs on rainfall and snowmelt.

The Upper Pine (10 miles, Watrous to Ansonia) Half-Day Trips ranging from 1 to 4 hours
The Canyon (17 miles, Ansonia to Blackwell) All-Day and Overnight Trips

Lower Gorge (15 miles, Slate Run to Waterville)
Lower Pine (14 miles, Waterville to Jersey Shore)

SHUTTLE SERVICE: We have a put-in spot at the entrance to the canyon. A shuttle is required at the end of your trip to get the equipment and you back. You can either arrange your own shuttle or use our shuttle service. We will also shuttle private boaters. |
